You're looking for

skills to transform culture.

Organizations are making it their mission to transform the cultural systems that created the polycrisis facing our communities and planet. People are pouring their hearts into this work and want to be better equipped to make change that is based in care, equity, and justice.

I equip organizations in social movements with the
skills to transform culture.

For 17 years and through 100s of sessions, I have been making it easier for organizations in social movements to understand the opportunities and issues, and practice the tools necessary to make change with care, equity, and justice.

You need...

Strategic planning that inspires.

Engaging activities to better understand social justice.

Space to practice skills for care, solidarity,  and cultural transformation.

"I can say with confidence that the space he can help create is fertile, warming and safe." - Maddie
"Paul - you are such a dynamic facilitator! Thank you for presenting in a non-judgemental way and making the concepts easy to grasp."
- Josh
"A truly professional facilitator!  Paul created a mental health course for the NFU that brought out the very best in every participant.   Paul's positive, arts-based, engaging workshop series had us building our health toolbelt.  We all came away stronger, invigorated, and with the tools we needed to take on a pandemic.  " - Mara Shaw, Executive Director, National Farmers Union

Land Acknowledgement

We live and work on the unceded and unsurrendered traditional territory of the Mi'kmaq, also known as Mi'kma'ki, and Peace and Friendship Treaty Territory.

As a settler who is learning of the historical and ongoing violence of colonialism in this area and who works for the creation of a diverse community that benefits all people, I reflect on the following questions to guide my actions:

- What are the obligations to the people who first inhabited this land?
- How do settlers on this land figure out what their responsibilities are?
- How can we be good guests here?
- How can we support existing local struggles?
- And how can we support Indigenous self-determination in the longer term?

Questions and dialogue continued from Fairfield Gonzales Community Association.
